Sarah Winter

Sarah Winter is a Kansas City native happy to be home after a sojourn in the British Isles. While living in Scotland she received an Mlitt in Creative Writing from St Andrews University where she had the privilege to work under poets Don Paterson, Robert Crawford, and Kathleen Jamie. In 2010 she was shortlisted for the Ravenglass Poetry Press Competition. Her chapbook, entitled Blue Wasp, was published by Ravenglass in 2011. Back in Kansas City, Sarah works from home and cares for her two small children and even smaller spaniel.
